Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of preorders being manufactured on demand, we cannot accommodate refunds or returns. All sales are considered final, adhering to EUR-Lex - 32011L0083; Article 16.

Please note that all items are considered final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or with any issues, it is imperative that you contact us immediately. We will promptly review your request and assess the issue. However, it's important to notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, as per European law, to ensure compliance.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.

In the event that your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon during the return/refund request. Such exceptions may occur if the items received do not match the original order placed.

Issues and Damages: Kindly examine your order upon delivery and promptly notify us if there are any defects, damages, or if you've received an incorrect item. This allows us to assess the situation and rectify it accordingly.

Exchange Process: For the quickest resolution to your preferences, please return the item you currently possess. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.
